SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Join our team and contribute to the success of horticultural professionals by providing them with exceptional lighting solutions!

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing solid relationships with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• • Proactively reaching out to potential customers, including horticultural businesses, nurseries, and indoor farming operations, to introduce our product range and services.
  • Understanding customers’ lighting requirements and offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Providing expert advice and technical support regarding horticultural lighting systems, including product specifications, installation, and maintenance.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in horticultural lighting technology.

Requirements:

• • Passion for horticulture and a strong interest in lighting technology and its impact on plant growth.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the horticultural industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex lighting concepts.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events, trade shows, etc.
