Even though NŌKOTECH is a startup from the UK established in 2021, the team behind It has more than 10 years of combined experience in manufacturing, product design, and, of course, indoor horticulture. Different specialization team members came together to create high-end indoor horticultural products for home and industrial growers.
Definitely! Our team is dedicated to creating only top-level products for the best price possible! We use only high-quality materials and components only from the best companies/suppliers currently on the market.
Moreover, our strict quality control covers many different levels, from manufacturing to packing and shipping the products. We are determined to eliminate any flaws possible.
NŌKOTECH products are designed in Europe and manufactured in carefully selected factories in P.R.C.
We stand for our products, so they have reasonably long warranties.
Even though we have stringent quality control that covers many different levels, from manufacturing to packing and shipping products, a slight chance of possible flaws does exist.
Our warranty time differs from the product and model, for example, LED fixtures have a warranty of 3 to 5 years. You can check the warranty on every product page or in the products’ manual.
If the product shows any defects within this period and that defect is not due to user error or improper use we (if you bought directly from NŌKOTECH) or another reseller bought from, shall, at NŌKOTECH discretion, either replace or repair the product using suitable new or reconditioned products or parts. Currently, we accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Soon we will add Bitcoin as an option. All credit/debit card payments are processed using the Stripe service.
