2.2 When applying for the wholesale / stockist account you will be asked to provide: First name, Last name, email address, Phone number, Company name, and Full address.

NOTE: After making your first order with us, your company will be added to the list/map locations of companies from which people can buy our products.

We may process your personal data provided by you to us for recruitment purposes to assess if you are suitable to enter into an employment contract with us in the following situations:

• When someone refers you to us as a perfect candidate to join our team.
• When based on publicly available information about your professional background experience, we find you may be a good fit for us.

• From third-party social networks like LinkedIn (when collecting any information from such sources, we ensure that this information is relevant to the job position you applied for.

10.4 How long do we store your data?

In most cases, when you apply for a particular open job position, we will store your personal data until the end of the recruitment process. However, we will keep your job application information within the employee file after you become an employee. Furthermore, only with your permission to us may we contact you about future job positions. In this case, we may store your data for up to 2 (two) years.

10.5 How do we share your data?

Suppose we see that you could be a good fit for an open position in another company related to us. In that case, we may share your personal data need for the particular available job position.

Also, to manage our recruitment processes efficiently, we may share your data with our third-party service providers, like email and web hosting providers, HR management tools providers, data storage service providers, and similar.
