Limited Warranty

NŌKOTECH warrants the mechanical and electronic components of the product to be free of defects in material and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions from the original date of purchase for a period of:

• COMPACT Pro 820 – 5 years
• SMART 880 & SMART 880SL – 3 years
• SimpleX 680 LED – 3 years
• LED UV bars – 2 years
• FX Pro 1000 – 3 years
• ECO 660 – 3 years
• HPS Pro 1000 – 3 years
• DIGITAL 600 & DIGITAL Pro 600 – 2 years
• HPS light bulbs – 1 year
• Controllers – 3 years

This Limited Product Warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow Product instructions; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear (including powder coat or anodization); (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond NŌKOTECH’s reasonable control.

If the product shows any defects within this period and that defect is not due to user error or improper use, we (if you bought from NOKOTECH GROUP Ltd directly) or another reseller bought from, shall, at NŌKOTECH’s discretion, either replace or repair the product using suitable new or reconditioned products or parts. In case it is decided to replace the entire product, this limited warranty shall apply to the replacement product for the remaining initial warranty period, i.e. two (3) years from the date of purchase of the original product.

HOW PRODUCT WARRANTY RETURNS ARE FULFILLED?

1. The customer sends us the notice with a filled return form.
2. We communicate with the customer about the return details.
3. We receive the returned item from the buyer.
4. We examine the received item.
5. We confirm or reject the replacement or repair service.
6. If we approve the replacement or repair, a new or repaired item is sent as soon as possible (we inform the customer of approx. dates.)
7. We send back the old item if we reject the replacement or repair service. This could be if, for example, the damages were done during improper use of the product, or the warranty already expired, etc. (Penalty fees may apply if the item was declared with manufacturing flaws, but we found it in complete working order).
